Use half a teaspoon of turmeric powder or thinly slice a tiny piece of fresh turmeric.
2 quarts of aqua
If desired, add honey and lemon juice.
Instructions:
Heat a saucepan of water until it boils.
When the water is boiling, add the turmeric and ginger.
Turn the heat down to low and simmer for ten minutes.
Get a cup of tea by straining it.
For added taste and extra calming effects, you may add honey and lemon if you want.
